Success for Shahid- Good News Story

It’s an exciting start to the year for the Leicester Employment Hub as Shahid Dagia, 26, becomes a Young Ambassador. The Leicester Employment Hub aims to support Leicester and Leicestershire employers as well as helping those looking to become an apprentice. By using his own experiences, Shahid, who has completed his advanced apprenticeship in Business and Administration, has actively been promoting apprenticeships at careers fairs, various schools and colleges organised by the Leicester Employment Hub across Leicester “I am passionate about apprenticeships and given the opportunity I would like to raise more awareness. I am thrilled to be a part of YAAN and would like to visit my previous school to share my story with the students and open their

minds to the world of apprenticeships”.
